JSOL is the first in Japan to succeed in visualizing simulation results using advanced scientific computing technology with RIKEN’s supercomputer “Fugaku” using XR technology.
JSOL will use the simulation results from Fugaku to solve social issues such as safe and secure living and town development, and minimizing damage in the event of a disaster.
The simulation results by “Fugaku” have been reproduced on a two-dimensional screen. However, there was a limit to creating a more realistic image based on static information on a plane.

By turning simulation results into VR content, dynamic information becomes possible, and more realistic and easy-to-understand images are realized.
