Serialization “Regional DX NTT West Group’s new move” 1
On October 19th (Wednesday), Co-Designing Institute for Polyphonic Society opened the “Regional Revitalization Co Design College”.
Prior to the opening of the course, an open college was held three times as the first stage of the regional revitalization co design college. The theme of the 1st event is “Development of a next-generation tourism town that is beginning to change toward sustainable tourism.” The second lecture is “Primary Industry/Regional Recycling Society – Realization of a Carbon Neutral Society through Forests and Forestry DX Utilizing Natural Capital”, and the third lecture is “Smart City/Community Development through Community Co-creation – Attractiveness Created by Residents.” The theme was “realization of a certain community”.
Hidenori Kigami, Director of Co-Designing Institute for Polyphonic Society, said, “It has been four years since NTT West positioned regional revitalization as its business mission. There are NTT West branches in 30 prefectures in the West Japan area, and the branch manager Over the past four years, each branch manager has worked with local residents to identify regional issues that need to be resolved, and has worked with them to resolve these issues. To that end, we have launched a company called Co-Designing Institute for Polyphonic Society, and have played a role in promoting the NTT West Group.We will not only use our strengths, but also the wisdom of many people to work toward the same theme.”
The “Regional Revitalization Co Design College” will be launched to speed up these activities.
