Sado City, Niigata Prefecture, Niigata University, and NTT DATA will set up a living laboratory, the Sado Island Nature Symbiosis Lab, in Sado City, in order to study social systems that achieve economic development while coexisting with nature together with local residents.
By 2030, efforts will be made to create social systems and services that create a virtuous cycle of coexistence with nature and economic development.
