“What is handicap for you?”
The professor questioned me at the collegial seminar.
I answered,”It is in the state not to be able to walk. It is in the state which is not made” The professor murmured “It will be hard life if so” .
The disabled person’s event was held in Tokyo and I helped.

The leader of the disabled person movment appeared in the event.
It is natural rights to obtain an equal opportunity with the others regardless of the existence of a handicap and that required consideration is provided fairly. It is a handicap that the consideration does not exist. A handicap exists just in the social enviroment or people’s consciousness rather than dwells in the disabled person’s mind and body. The leader said so.

For me, they were shocking contents. It is because I thought that a handicap was in my body.
Therefore, I was convinced that I must be adapted for the healthy person’s style.

On the other hand, by having heard the leader’s talk, I can accept the handicap of my mind and body, I can separate my handicap and a social handicap.
Preparing a suitable enviroment and encounter will surely get over the handicap truly.
