NTT docomo releases the new compensation service “smart Anshin compensation ” Thurs., 15th. This service compensates the malfunction and corruption of digital equipment under use, indirection payments with the smart phone besides the equipment compensation as the smart phone.
This service consists of four compensations, “compensation of use model”, “Ie-naka equipment compensation”, “smart phone indirection payments compensation”and the “carrying item compensation mini.”
“Compensation of use model” provides another equipment, when equipments, such as a smart phone, have a trouble. You can also receive the discount for data rehabilitation costs, such as partial support of repair cost, and telephone directory.
“Ie-naka equipment compensation” provides repair and the substitute of TV-set or PC at home linked to the internet.
“Smart phone indirection payments compensation” compensates the damage of the illegal use about payments.
“The carrying item compensation mini” compensates the accident of a contractor’s carrying items, such as a wrist watch and a camera.
