According to the Ministry of Environment, the slaughter numbers is about 24,000 animals in 2020. It is decreasing ten years before 210,000 animals were disposed of. Cat occupies 82% of disposal numberses.

The breeding potential of cat is so high. A gestational age is about two months. They have 4-8 children by childbearing once. One cat will become 20 or more cats in a year and 2000 or more cats in three years.

Several cats do not become local problem for living in the neighborhood. If it becomes hundreds of cats, it will become big problems and annoys the local resident.

There is TNR activity as an activity which prevents disposal of cat. This is the abbreviation for Trap(T) Neuter(N) return (R). It is the activity which controls breeding of cats and watches cats at local community.

TNR activity is a hard activity. because it leads to overabundant breeding only by one cat remaining.
People who is opposed to TNR activity is also many. It is the reason that it is unnatural to conduct the operation for the cat which lives in the fields. There are people who look at cat as the wild animal. But cat belongs to the home animal.
