NTT Smart Connect and OpenAI have begun a demonstration experiment to generate AI live streamers using graph structuring technology in order to enhance the functionality of the live commerce tool “foove+.”
Graph structuring technology is a technical approach that defines data as a multi-layered structure (graph) and precisely controls and optimizes AI behavior based on business objective functions (such as maximizing conversion rates and satisfaction). AI live streamers are digital broadcasters who utilize generative AI to interact with viewers through text, audio, and video.
The demonstration aims to realize a “new interactive service using AI live streamers” in the medium term. As a first step, the demonstration will assess user acceptance of the easily generated AI live streamer service and reflect this in the design for subsequent stages.
The two companies aim to realize new interactive services using AI live streamers.
