Fujitsu: AI participates in meetings, shares appropriate information, and proposes measures
Fujitsu aims to realize a world where people and AI work together creatively, and has developed the “Fujitsu Kozuki AI Agent,” an AI service that enables AI to autonomously and collaboratively handle difficult tasks. Fujitsu will roll this out globally through the all-in-one operation platform “Fujitsu Data Intelligence PaaS,” an offering of the “Fujitsu Uvance” business model that solves social issues across industries.
First, the company will begin offering a meeting AI agent that allows AI to participate in meetings regarding profit and loss and business negotiations, share appropriate information, and propose measures.
For example, the meeting AI agent will participate in necessary meetings, and based on a statement by a meeting participant that “sales in the Asian region appear to be half of last year’s,” select multiple AIs to perform data analysis and instruct them to execute. As a result, the meeting AI agent will autonomously provide accurate answers such as, “I will present a bar graph showing the sales figures for each region from April to September of last year and this fiscal year. As you can see from the graph, while other regions are roughly the same as last year or have slightly increased, the Asian region alone is 54% compared to last year, which is almost half,” helping to keep meetings running smoothly and drawing productive conclusions.
