In a survey of 200 corporate human resources and recruiting personnel, 74.4% of those who used AI tools in recruiting activities responded that they achieved their goals in terms of “human resource quality.” They said that the tool was effective not only in reducing the burden on recruiters by reducing man-hours and cutting costs in the administrative department, but also in securing high-quality human resources.
In a survey asking students about the use of AI, 62.9% of students graduating in 2025 answered that they had used it, up 23.7 points from 39.2% of students graduating in 2024, showing that the use of AI is progressing at a rapid pace.
