MaaS Tech Japan has released a resident-participation MaaS solution called “Nolday,” which provides a comprehensive range of services to promote the use of local public transportation.

The solution is centered on providing a one-stop service for transportation services such as destination information, optimal route search, and vehicle reservation, and also includes a survey function to collect user feedback and a dashboard function to analyze that data.

By creating a system that makes it easy for service providers, businesses, and residents to participate in local transportation development activities, the company aims to accelerate the cycle of improving the local environment and build a sustainable transportation ecosystem suited to the area.

The company has been conducting demonstration projects in Shiojiri City, Nagano Prefecture, and Kaga City, Ishikawa Prefecture. Based on the know-how gained there, the company provides various services necessary for transportation as functions, such as telephone number integration with destination facilities and taxi companies, and demand transportation dispatch integration. In addition, it can be used in improvement cycles, such as reviewing existing policies and services related to local public transportation.
