Unmanned smart store in head office building Nippon Comsys
Nippon Comsys has opened an unmanned smart store “Pick-Through Store” at its employee kiosk, utilizing “Smarta,” a store smart solution developed by Telwell East that realizes labor-saving and unmanned stores.
Nippon Comsys saw the decline in employee welfare functions as an issue, such as the need to go out for lunch due to the withdrawal of traditional cafeteria facilities. As a solution, the Pick-Through Store was introduced, and in addition to improving the lunch environment by providing lunch boxes and other items at any time during the workday, a wide variety of snacks and drinks according to employee requests are also available, improving and enhancing employee welfare functions and leading to increased engagement.
When using the Pick-Through Store, you start the Pick-Through app downloaded to your smartphone, scan the store’s QR code, and enter the store. The purchase is completed by scanning the barcode of the product you want to purchase and selecting the payment method.
