“Tsuzumi Partner Program” now accepting applications NTT Com
NTT Communications (NTT Com) held a business press conference for the Generation AI on the 29th of last month, where they introduced CX solutions that utilize Generation AI.
NTT Com is trying to apply Generation AI to solving social issues, addressing labor shortages, and improving business efficiency.
Based on data centers and IOWN, they are heading towards creating solutions that utilize LLMs such as Tsuzumi.
CX solutions include customer service by virtual concierges and support for contact center operators.
Virtual concierges support in-store interactions. For example, at drugstore Fuji Yakuhin, virtual concierges suggest products in the store. When a customer says “my eyes are itchy,” they suggest recommended eye drops. At contact centers, there is a task of inputting conversations with customers and keeping records. Tsuzumi is being applied here, and an initiative is being developed with Tokio Marine & Nichido to summarize and automatically input the contents of conversations.
NTT Com has begun accepting applications for the “Tsuzumi Partner Program” in order to incorporate Tsuzumi into its services and develop AI models specialized for specific industries and operations.
There are three types of partners: “Solution Partner,” “Model Partner,” and “Integration Partner,” but this time they are looking for “Solution Partners” and “Model Partners”.
Solution partners will be able to incorporate Tsuzumi into existing services and sell them. The main candidates for application are product vendors and SaaS vendors.
Model partners are companies that possess industry-specific data, and the company aims to become an industry-specific LLM.
Currently, the company is targeting finance, local government, the hospitality industry (retail, tourism, healthcare, etc.), and expert support (doctors, pharmacists, qualification exams, etc.).
