Itochu Techno Solutions (CTC) has launched an early construction service for a digital twin environment using NVIDIA’s 3D design collaboration and digital twin simulation development platform “Omniverse (NVIDIA Omniverse Enterprise)”.
They create environments in a short period of time by preparing a variety of menus depending on the purpose, such as factory production lines and image-based inspections. After clarifying the scope of implementation through workshops tailored to the company’s issues and objectives, select a menu to build a digital twin environment for your company. Early use of the digital twin environment is possible by utilizing construction menus such as inspection work to sort manufactured parts into non-defective parts, proper placement of factory production lines and equipment, and formulation of routes and transportation plans for automatic transport equipment. 
Prices start at 5 million yen (excluding tax), and the company aims to provide sales of 1 billion yen over three years, with a focus on the manufacturing and construction industries.
